Total for one cassette testing $65
Any additional cassettes can be added by selecting the quantity of cassettes you wish to test at an additional $15 per cassette. i.e.. 2 cassettes $80 3 cassettes $95 etc..
TEST REPORTS MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE WE RECIEVE YOUR SAMPLES.
** A COC (Chain Of Custody) form will be sent to you via e-mail for completion after the order is complete. It's very important that you fill in this online form and submit it. Please include a copy of this form with your samples that you ship. This is an additional way for us to keep track of your samples. This can be done by Hitting ctrl P and printing the form. Please label your samples to reflect the information on your form. i.e.. outdoor, indoor, room 2, etc..
** Please note the Job name or client name in the NOTE section when ordering, This gives us an additional way to link the sample(s) to the test request.
